Important Information for Coaches

Coaches: This message contains important information regarding the NoVA North OotM Tournament on March 12:
Please go to http://www.novanorth.org/wp/?page_id=4784 and confirm your team’s schedule.
 Confirm:
 1) Long-Term performance time
2) Spontaneous time
3) Volunteer time
4) Check for your team’s official name.  In some instances we had to append ‘TM A’ or ‘TM B.’  If your team has the designation ‘TM A’ or ‘TM B’ on the schedule, please include it on your team’s sign and paper work.
The 6 documents below are  your ‘Coach’s Packet.’  Please read them and print or complete the forms as needed.
We look forward to seeing your team’s solution on March 12 at Oakton High School.

Coaches and Teams – Getting ready for the tournament

The tournament schedule is ready!  Check your performance times and find the start time for the team’s Tournament Helper.  If your school needs Team A and Team B designations, make sure your membership sign has the correct number.  Don’t leave the paperwork until the last minute – get all your forms here.

Reminder – Deadline for Advance T-shirt Orders

The deadline for advance orders for T-shirts is midnight on Friday, February 5.  Shirts ordered by this date may be picked up at Judges Training on February 20 or at the tournament on March 12.

T-shirts ordered on Saturday or thereafter will be $3.00 more per shirt.

Reminder – Coaches Q&A

All coaches and assistant coaches are invited to the Coaches Q&A session this coming Wednesday evening at the Thomas Jefferson Regional Library at 7145 TJexterior250x153Arlington Boulevard.

Regional Problem Captains and Tournament Directors will be available to answer any questions you have as you prepare for the upcoming tournament. Drop in for a few minutes or stay the whole time!
